*AV* ONTK FSII

Kevin you want me to choose between the lady and the tiger. You might be into pets, who knows.

ONTK has made a real good run these past few days into uncharted territory. I see it giving back some of this over the course of the next few days to a week. Went up too high too fast even though it is a good company and probably deserves it. This could be a prelude to a takeover by AMAT (I do not mean to go AMAT crazy) to complement their CMP system as the cleaning station. Alliance already exists between the two. Since CMP is an enabling technology, this looks sound.

FSII has made a recovery recently but it is back to what I consider historical low levels. Not that I am a pure chartist or TA type of guy, but it has always irked me that FSII with its cryogenic cleaning system (a real good product), Polaris cluster tool, etal. and relatively low P/E ratio, has not made it back to the 20s yet. When I compare its price activity to that of others and see how others have made decent runs lately, it puzzles me. FSII is sometimes an institutional favorite with some of the majors, I beleive.

On this technical mumbo jumbo presented, my choice is to buy FSII tomorrow and wait for the inevitable ride it will take, because its day has not come and it may be soon. If you are not that eager, I would enter ONTK on a retrenchment to 15 or below. This will happen.

Now I will lose sleep over this. Heavy sigh and Heavy guilt.

BTW - I am now in the process of convincing myself that Wally the Sandcrab's comments about SVGI are possibly a better or more plausible possibility.
