You are all making too much of this stock sale. As I said, they have certain time frames they can sell into. Secondly, 200K worth of stock is a mere pitance as a percentage of what he/they hold. Forget about it. Let's see if they get the IPO done before Christmas, because that is what I have heard from, what has been, a decent source... Also, why is everyone concerned about the IPO being postponed again? CEO is on the hook once he came public with it. The IPO will happen, and it will be delivered soon. They are not dumb. They know it has to be done now and they cannot drag their feet. IPOs have been hot. To wait until early next year would be disasterous. They know that. It has to happen soon...
