In spite of all the previous "hype" about how great AOL is, I've found it terribly frustrating & difficult to get on line. I believe that with 3 class actions filed today in 3 different states alleging fraud and misrepresentation that shorting this stock is the only sensible ploy in the short run. I have been given to believe that at least 19 other class actions suits in as many states will be filed within the month. If this is so, the adverse publicity and cost of defense could drive the price down significantly in the short run. Remember that fraud is not covered in the general liability policy of a corporation. Bombs away!
