Ibexx...The big bucks are in chronic problems, which by definition last a long time and so need long drug term therapy. If they prove to have minimal GI problems, the Cox2 inhibitors will rapidly take most of the market. The morbidity and mortality rates of the older NSAID's are quite significant. I'm in the process of being treated for an NSAID complication myself, and I will never touch one of the older ones again.
