Ken, and Amigos. I see the rally in the small caps ready now. There was some buying today in the small cap financials and high techs and new govt. reports indicate another interest rate drop is coming this month. Remember how the market indicates that in advance ? Here's the tip off. decisionpoint.com Anyway, if we don't see a rally tomorrow, we will Friday.
