s. martin, The Fishback event was to my understanding at the height of the ADVR run up before the Barron's article. The talk on the street was that they covered most of their shorts at around .07 when the stock "tanked"... As far as I know they did NOT have any 'shorts' on ADVR during the JIM. run-up and fall back. I am not aware and have not been able to find out however, if they have any positions currently. RE: 'insider leakes' you bet ya' I don't mind this though and consider it a part of the business. I do believe that all the run-ups from the time of the JIM. article until the last one when Dr. H' took over was a pure reflection of HYPE.
