I am going to admit something here. I will admit that even I overreacted somewhat today and extend an appology to each one of you who I may have annoyed. Afterall, I am still making some nice money in WAVO and I still believe in its potential, especially since I have been in it for quite awhile. I will stand firm in believing that it was the news that drove the stock up over the last few days up to today, with a little assistance from CNBC.

Do I still think Kramer could have said the same thing, yet handled the situation much more professionally and ethically. Yes! Would I have been saying they same thing if he went bullishly-ballistic. Yes, even though I would have been laughing for what it had caused like many of the shorts now are.

What is most apparant, however, is that a 5 point pullback after the recent runup should have been expected, Kramer or not, and in my opinion it will be WAVO that will prevail and prove him wrong in the long-run.

When that time comes I can look back on this day, say I overreacted, and enjoy my so-called "fraud-net" profits. Just in case, I may sell half at double when we see it again ($14.00) so it doesn't matter what happens if I am wrong.

Thanks for listening to me ramble...
