No argument from me on that, Terence. I'm not too pleased with the cheap paper, either. I think there are still there are still some pretty interesting games being played re SVB, especially involving the LAB property. There has been a concerted effort to keep the price of LAB down the last couple of days. Very easy to do at these prices, of course. Also interesting that there's been no movement in PLM and GBR. What are your thoughts on this?
