and if they advertised less they might have fewer problems. Advertising
for new customers on TV when your capacity to serve the existing ones,
much less the new ones, is knowingly poor seems like consumer fraud
to me. States have addressed long ago the impropriety of a store
advertising a product at a great price and then having none in stock
when you get there. Tell me how this is different. (At least in the
store, you get a raincheck.)
