Sergio, CNGR

You have asked in the past that I state my opinions even if they differ from the rest of the crowd. In the case of CNGR there are just too many issues that I do not like. For this latest purchase where is the cash coming from? Even if the INKT shares(which can be sold 12/8) are sold that is only around 22M and the purchase price is 41M. They are already loaded with LTD to the tune of 50M. Their statement of it adding .40/share to next years earnings seems aggressive. They are buying a company with 52M in sales. The used car business must be much more profitable than I thought and the guys selling were not too bright. Sorry for the pessimistic view but I am just not sold on them.
