Approx on Nov.27 & 30!!I wonder what approximate means, did he or didn't he?

200k shares out of what,what is total holding do you know? It will make more sense once investors know that and also how is approximate fit in to these two dates.I didn't know anyone could sell approximately on 2 given dates,like to see more accurate info. May be I'll send them an email if someone didn't do it already.
