marcos, At this point, I reserve judgement on the product or the company. The site does look slick and I need to do a little more digging there. For the moment, I am more concerned with the marketing methods. I received an email this morning which informed me that Hitachi would announce a buyout on 12/14. I am aware of another SI member that received an email which informed him that Hitachi would announce a contract with this company. At best, unless Hitachi announces a contract and a buyout on 12/14, at least one of these people sending the emails is a bald-faced liar. I don't think I need to mention anything about insider info...for the moment. This might be caused by a hired PR firm but it is still managements responsibility. Management should be aware that they bought a shell that looks like cowflop that fell from a tall cow. They should know that they need to do it by the book. There are enough mentions of Section 5(a)(c), Section 17(a),Section 10(b),Section 13(g), and various rules on record without adding to the list. This approach to marketing gives me pause. lee
