I heard that the rumor is that 3COM is going to offer in the $8-$10
range... who knows.... but here's what I like:

Book value: $2.32 / shr
Cash: $1.78 / shr
Current Ratio: 9.07

I also like the fact that analysts are anticipating a return to
profitability in 1st quarter 1999.

Not to mention getting a guy from Microsoft to say something in your
press release is a pretty darn nice touch :-) Anyway, for now I'm
in! ;-)
