If you hit the F12 key it will bring up the symbol search window - you can type NASDAQ in the search string and it will bring up a list of symbols that are related to NASDAQ:

Most Actives
Largest % Gainers
Largest % Losers

NYSE in the search field will bring up a similar list for the Big Board, likewise for AMEX.

Drag the symbols($ST** or something like that) into a market minder window. The list is periodically updated intra-day.

Reuters and Dow Jones post the same info every so often.
