Don, Dig a bit deeper...Near monopoly!? from the WSJ- But while Boeing is cutting back, archrival Airbus Industrie, asserting that it has been relatively unaffected by the Asian crisis, vowed to maintain its planned 30% production increase to 290 aircraft next year. If Airbus continues the ramp up through 2000, it would climb closer to the 490 jetliners Boeing now expects to deliver that year. Someone is getting the orders..... MileHigh
