Steve,

I haven't even reviewed my estimates of '99 earnings.

I think the rate-cuts have already revalued profitable
companies incredibly and are still in the process of
doing so.

Add, earnings revisions, another huge increase.

Add. good extra earnings growth as in '95,'96 and
even beg. of '97. And I'm telling you $200 is nothing.
