I'll say. That's why I use a descrambling chip. The rates for cable are insane. And they keep going up. Cable co's like the idea of adding more features, channels, etc.. because they then can justifying raising rates across the board including most basic. Bunch of crooks.

p.s. I hate my local cable co. Can you tell??
