Robin .. TK or Bristol, the financing companies, purchase the shares. There is no restriction as to when they can sell them.

Everyone should realize that this is a financing of the last resort - it is a safety net for the company. They will only use it if they absolutely have to. They are actively looking to put a more stable form of financing in place.
