On the MBT system when offering shares for sale UNDER the inside quoted bid price -- would we expect, generally, to see a "price improvement" as we would get going thru a regular discount broker??

Or with this system would the offer be absolute and we'd just get the price we offered to sell at every time?

What is it was a ridiculous offer. ie. sell DELL at $58 when it is trading at $66? What happens then? Is it in effect a "market order" with a floor of $58?
