Korea is preparing to test another 600 mile skud, while Israel is about to ignite again over the idea of a Palestinian State for next year. Its just a matter of time before OMSCON inspectors get thrown out of Iraq (again). Venezuela presidential hopeful wants to cut production. Too many forces working against prolonged oil glut.
