Jim,
NCI doesn't have to belong to the mcif to make a product which supports the Intel miniature card. Review the 7-9-96 press release by NCI, which states NCI's micro OS supports the Intel miniature card. Likewise Dictaphone has also stated their forthcoming new flash digital handheld audio recording device will use the Intel miniature card. The architectures of Intel's, SanDisk's, and Samsung's, flash are all different but our OS, firmware, and proprietary technology allow an OEM to choose whatever flash storage design architecture they want to use with their products. Cost and availability of flash contine to be the driving forces for which one the OEM selects. It is likely that a co. like Dictaphone and Olympus will stay with one manufacturer, ie. Intel, once they make the choice.

The block trade of 1 mil. shares today showed near the close but was traded earlier and reached the tape late. I hope this block ended up in friendly hands and that it was the last of the private placement stock.

Good luck to all.
