Nov 11 NR - $2MM Financing to close Nov 30 at TBA price. Announcement may be coming re pricing of financing. - $3MM Operating credit from bank replacing $1.7MM LC & unused $$1MM LC. Consolidation of operating debt may indicate confidence by bankers. - Replacement of CEO seen as positive. - Growing list of Fortune500 clients and received industry quality awards.
Nov 16 NR - Strategic partnership w/GE Capital IT Solutions geared to reducing delivery to market times and shorter development cycles.
Nov 19 NR - Website Development contract w/Paw.Net (e-commerce pet foods).
Nov 25 NR - Obtains outsourcing production management contract from Rapp Collins (Canada's leading knowledge based integrated marketing communications agency)

Stochiastics, RSI, On Bal Vol, MACD look positive and it has broken through the upper Bolinger bands as well on incresing volume. Float 17.2MM sh.
