K-tel soars in pre-open on Microsoft news Tuesday November 10, 9:40 am Eastern Time NEW YORK, Nov 10 (Reuters) - Shares in K-tel International Inc. surged more than 80 percent on Tuesday after the entertainment marketer said Microsoft Corp. (MSFT - news) would put K-tel's online service on the online Microsoft Network. K-tel was up 9-8/16 to 21-1/16 on Nasdag. Earlier it was at 19 on the Instinet electronic trading system from a Monday close of 11-9/16. K-tel said it had signed an agreement with Microsoft to include K-tel Express, K-tel's online music and home video service, on The Microsoft Network's Shopping Channel, MSN Shopping. biz.yahoo.com
