Continuing with my speculation, I don't know who the recipient/s might be, but I have a good feeling it wasn't Wall Street Financial nor the 2 PR firms. No, they would take their shares in a straight manner. This is likely someone who Wall Street Financial works with on a regular basis. Someone who converts shares for profit as a living, either as an institution or as an individual. The holder/s of the convertibles come up with the cash/credit line in return for the debenture instrument...and then proceed to drive the share price down so they can convert a larger number of shares.

well... here's our answer... I was told that Tony (one of our PR guys) sold his shares to an institution...he had approx 1M shares...I knew that these were being dumped but didn't make the connection of them being changed into convertibles.. I don't have much experience with convertibles....yet..
