Hey, I'm no Nostradamus. However, I do agree with Mel in that GIFT
will be on the backburner for a few more months until the legal action
resumes. Until then, I'm sure that it will be susceptable to the market
fluctuations that may occur and that we may see some more ups and downs for
no other reason than being carried by the tide, before GIFT's price asserts
itself in its merits (or lack thereof as some would argue...) before, during
and after the Markman hearing.

While I wouldn't bet the farm on this stock, a few thousand shares around
the $1 mark certainly isn't an outrageous investment and might produce
significant returns following a court victory for E-Data. It's not too
much to lose if E-data isn't successful.

I acquired a much as I thought was prudent, and am happy to wait
and see how events unfold later. I am not concerned about short term gyrations
and view my investment in GIFT as throw away money that I can afford to
lose. Of course, I am hoping that it will pay off quite nicely.
