The URL for the Merz site is merz.com There is also a technical presentation on memantine at the site at memantine.com This is a very technical but very thorough review of the preclinical work with memantine and has an extensive reference list for those who care to follow up on the research. The amount of research, the excellent results, and the thoroughness of the knowledge base on memantine is very impressive. This should give everyone a sense of the great scientific presentation that can be made to the FDA when the time comes. John de C
