Some of the interest rate cut details: Central banks across Europe cut interest rates early Thursday. Germany led the cuts with a reduction in its repo rate to 3.0 percent from 3.3 percent. France, Italy and Finland immediately followed with similar interest rate reductions. (I believe CNBS said it's now up to 9 countries cutting. The final pop?)
