Someone should ask Fenway where they got their "letters" that the tribal community has already consented to the project.

My reporters just interviewed Tito Mata for Palawan Sun three days ago and he was on his usual fighting form against the cement project. Anyway, I understand that Tito Mata's lawyers will issue a formal disclaimer about this.

Also, I get the impression that Fenway doesn't have a plant design yet. The way Fenway presented the project here, this plant is going to be a modern facility.

Another date to watch is January 24, when Fenway will make another presentation at the Palawan COuncil for Sustainable Development.
