Remember When:

About a year to 1 1/2 years ago CS brought in a new CEO (I forget his name but I think he was from one of the RBOC's or AT&T). Does anyone remember that he was granted options with a strike price of $35? I recall that being part of his employment contract. As a long investor who had entered at 14 7/8, I liked that incentive. Well, I think those options may have been later re-priced (lower) and, of course, the CEO didn't last a year.

I think the long investors need some signs that a long-term vision of margin growth or market penetration with a diversfied product line or both is firmly in place in the company.
