Rants #4 "Pent up Aggressions and fading hope" The Last Meeting As I said, I went to the last meeting, I was expecting some news that would move the stock. Something earth shattering. Nothing was said. What a non-event. What a waste of my time. All of that info could have been posted to their web site. There were some local heavy hitters in the crowd, I hope they weren't as board as I was. There was talk of going to NYC on dog and pony shows. If they went to the rotten apple, no one must have come to their meetings as the stock has only gone down. Japan I don't know if any of you know but the roots of our company are in the land of the rising sun. Electricity is apparently very expensive there. Data centers power down all of their systems when they are not in use and then power them back up again when they need to process. The units need to be restarted in a very specific order. The predecessor technology of the VCC was used to accomplish this task. I think they had on the order of 200+ in the field. Don't quote me but I think we bought the US rights to the technology. Since then, Global has done much additional work to the technology - essentially inventing around the original patents. I heard once that the origional patient holder, in Japan, was considering selling the VCC back into their aging customer base but never did. What Happened? Could this still be a huge opportunity? Past Financings Didn't one of those financings from last summer have a dilution provision in it related to stock price? Wasn't the trigger date sometime in December? Does our hero have some tricks up his sleeve? Help Help Help we're sinking !!!!!!!!! Some good news would really help some of us keep the faith through the dark, "Tax Loss Selling", days of December.
