Mike The filing I refer is is an S3-A. There was an S3 filed in May which is quite similar. the July filing is an Amendment to the S3 filed in MAY. On both similar long lists of stock available for sale by insiders and other convertable bond holders are listed I attempted to copy/paste this filing but it must have been too big as SI does not show it.. Your name as well as Trolio's name is listed as having shares available for sale. However, you've seem to be stating that you are not aware of this filing or that it erroneously lists you among the sellers. Furthermore, you emphasis that you have not sold stock in almost 2 years, nor do you intend to sell in the near future. That being the case, I apologize for my misunderstanding of information I found on Edgar. I guess you just can't believe everything you read.
