**OT**Regarding EGHT high and risk/reward

According to Bloomberg, yesterday's high on EGHT
was only 12 1/4. Investors who bought this stock
a year ago on Dec. 9, 1997 at the 52 wk. high of
13 3/16 would still be showing a 29% loss at yesterday's
close of 9 3/8. FWIW.
