RE--Does anyone really know what the future will bring? Only G knows what the future will bring. In the meantime, some of us are betting blindly, some are betting shrewdly, on the stock market. What stock prices will actually do doesn't depend necessarily on what immediate future industry/company conditions/revenues/profits take place. (Look at APM, and try to justify its recent price-action based on fundamentals. It that stock heading higher or lower? Will the company go bankrupt, get taken over, or maybe even start to make some money? Regards, Larry PS--If you buy a stock and it goes up, that is one way of saying you are correct. Or you could say that being correct and the price of your stocks are two separate factors.
