There are a lot of questions coming out for you. So we need to review here. Things have gone unanswered and I'd really like to know why? You have threatened me in email, you have bad mouthed me verbally to others, so I think its time to start this whole thing all over again.
When was your bankruptcy discharged if at all?
What is the status of Mr. Walker, and does he have any legal actions taken against his transfer agency?
has anything been disclosed in an 8K or subsequent filing for your abrupt take over of LGCY? As well as this little real estate deal out west? What are the terms on that and what did you receive for putting the deal together.
Have you filed form 4's for selling any shares in other securities. is your opinion letters valid for such sales. I know you claim your lawyer says you are up to date with everything, but the question that has to be asked, is this the same attorney that wrote those opinion letters that Mr. Walker cleared? Is Mr. Walkers former or current company Your transfer agency? If so don't you think you have a conflict of interest there? ALSO, and finally have you called Austin, TX yet to handle your situation with the other company you share similar names with? i know they'd LOVE to chat with you.
Now come on Mr. Zwebner, lets see some answers from you outside of the normal response. You are a director of LGCY and you owe it to your shareholders to respond.
