Turk, I believe your summary is on the mark except that you have reversed the players. Corona emerged as the winner.

My understanding from people close to Walsh is that Merukh actually sold his interests in regards to adjacent lands. He is now pissed off that he settled to early and for too little. If this is true it would seem his case is as frivolous as BXM state.
