Tim, The shareholders at large were not consulted as they certainly would have voted to let those reports circulate freely. The Management and control group votes decided to keep that information private for their own reasons, which I feel were base ones.
There are few valid reasons to keep such reports secret and such secrecy is a basis for suspicion. In addition if there are secret locations or methods in the reports, that part can be removed, leaving the bulk to inform the shareholders.
Just another suspicious act.
