Concerning Tito Mata, FENWAY is stating they have these letters and you are stating Tito is still against it.

FENWAY is well aware of the discussions going on here at Silicon Investor. Its just hard to believe that they do not have such letters or interpreting them incorrectly, if they are going to make a formal announcement as they did.

Maybe Tito is the one that is giving misleading impressions.

I respect that you have come onto this thread to give all a better perspective on what's actually happening. As a component of the media
it should also be expected that if there are positive developments, such are also reported and that you exhibit a sense of objectivity. If your position only remains negative with lack of objectivity (even in light of positive developments) - then I and others may interpret that you, probably, have an alternative agenda.

Again, I appreciate that you have come onto this thread - but its important to look at both sides.
