Smith Micro Signs Agreement with McGeorge
Productions To Bundle Internet CommSuite
Internet Content Provider In Chinese/English Will Offer Smith Micro's New All-in-One Internet
Communications Software to Subscribers
ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Dec. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Smith Micro Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: SMSI - news) today announced an
agreement with McGeorge Productions, Inc., an Internet Content Provider of Chinese/English services with a focus on the
U.S. market. Under the terms of the new pact, Los Angeles-based McGeorge Productions will offer Smith Micro's new
Internet CommSuite™ to both new and existing subscribers.
Internet CommSuite is a new, all-in-one Internet communications package that merges multiple Web communications into one
fully integrated, easy-to-use package. Internet CommSuite enables users to phone, fax, video phone, send audio and video
e-mail and conduct other interactive activities, such as video security, over the Internet -- with a single piece of
communications software. Internet CommSuite is optimized for both traditional analog modems and newer broadband
technologies such as cable and xDSL.
McGeorge Productions will use Smith Micro's software to provide even greater value to its customers in the U.S., Taiwan,
