I've been watching SFAD for years, and the Nasal Patent is pretty much worthless. They've had it for over 10 years, and have done nothing with it. I'm not even sure they have the rights to it anymore. I think the University of Kentucky developed it, licensed it to SFAD, but was never developed. The rights may have reverted back, or expired. Who knows...getting info on this company is almost impossible.
They used to have over 700,000,000 shares outstanding, and did a reverse split and/or merger with some company in Florida, I think, involved with computer and internet dealings. Looking at that company, it seemed that most of the executives were all family members. It looked very suspicious. This stock has always made runups on pure hype and speculation. Has it changed?
This is all my take on previous experience with SFAD.....be extremely cautious, and look for facts. They used to dance around them, and may still do so. Who knows...maybe they're for real this time, but for over three years, I saw the same thing repeatedly with SFAD. |
