It is unlikely K6-400 will beat PII-400. The site w/ the lower P2-450 Win98 score most likely used slower peripherals than Anand. To get a first order approx. of the P2-450 w/ Anand's config it may be worth getting the PII 400 and 450 scores from the other site and normalize the score wrt Anand's PII-400 score.
