Strathmore Resources Ltd - News Release Private placement closed Strathmore Resources Ltd SMR Shares issued 6,434,517 Jan 14 close $2.30 Tue 14 Jan 97 News Release Mr Kenneth Friedman reports Further to news in Stockwatch December 31 1996, the private placement is fully subscribed to the maximum of $1,000,000 and the broker, Global Resource Investments, has placed all 540,540 units. Each unit consists of one share and one warrant exercisable at $1.85 in the first year and $2.13 in the second year.
