TOP TEN REASONS TO OWN CKFR BEFORE ITS TO LATE

CKFR, an internet stock that will actually make tons of money.

1) Have MSFT beat by a year.
2) Banks will not use MSFT/FDC/Citicorp. Why would Wellsfargo, Chase, BAC contribute to a competitor.
3) Consumers will not go Website to Website to pay bills, will use bank as one stop shop.
4) Billers will not set up own site and take 5% hit for every credit card payment.
5) CKFR on verge of signing up most of the major billers that are nationwide. Banks will sign up small billers in their own market leveraging CKFR sales efforts
6)CKFR has cash cows that provide funding for internet effort.
7) Do not lose $5.00 for every transaction in effort to "Brand Customer".
8) Bank Y2K problems almost behind them. Will acelerate customer movement to Web Banking in 1999.
9) Valuation is very cheap versus other internet plays.
10) CKFR will save consumers, Banks, and billers money. Adaptation to Web billing is going to be very powerful and drive EPS.
