Doug,

Several things come to mind... 1) we were in this price range not too long ago... 2) after being below 7 about 3 months ago, it doesn't seem that bad... 3) company perceptions that their market share is growing and that the product, although incentivized, is well received... 4) take-over remains a strong possibility.
