Yes, I am watching. A few days ago on the Innovex (INVX) thread in response to a question about small companies with the potential to explode like INVX has, I posted the following message:

As for other companies like INVX, I have one worth discussing. The company is Cybex, ticker (CBXC). Cybex makes KVM extension products. KVM stands for Keyboard, Video, and Mouse. The products made by CBXC allow network administrators to access servers and network PCs from remote locations, and allow keyboards and mice to be located significant distances from computers, etc.

Like INVX, CBXC is:
- small -- annual sales around $30 million
- growing rapidly -- 8% per quarter for past 5 quarters
- market leader -- no full line competitors
- very profitable -- net margin around 20%
- extremely strong balance sheet -- cash and ST investments = around $6 per share vs. current share price of $16
- p/e only 16 vs. growth rate of 25% to 30%
- good news announced recently -- CBXC is only supplier of KVM products to be Novell certified; announced distribution deal with global supplier of network products; on the verge of completing an expansion of manufacturing and distribution capacity in Europe; has recently come out with a product to be sold through OEMs.

I bought some shares recently at $14 3/4 and look forward to watching Cybex grow. Having spoken recently to the company, IMHO the biggest obstacle to explosive growth is on the marketing/distribution side of the business. Seems they have the product and very little competition. Problem is many network administrators do not know about the products. So Cybex is signing up new distributors and developing products for OEM (network hardware manufacturers) to raise the level of awareness about their products.

I would love to hear from a few network administrators to see whether these product are as useful as they seem to a network moron like me.
