This stock seems stuck in the one hundreds of a cent. A full penny either way might break something loose. Yesterday there were bookoo shares traded yet it traded down. This tells me someone dumped a few shares. The question is what is going to have to happen in order for this stock to hit the $4 level? Anyone got any idea?
