Albert this is what trigger the upward movement in APCO yesterday. ..For those wondering what moved APCO today... Robinson-Humphries came out and changed their short term ( 6 months )price target from $12 to $13. At the time I believe APCO was at 9.125. This would result in a 40%+ gain in less than six months...
