Man, 15 is like a magnet for this thing. I could even imagine the following press release:

Vical Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq - VICL) announced today that they have developed a simple additive that is tasteless and odorless, has no known side effects and is safe in any concentration, which when introduced into the general water supply has been shown to prevent over 30 types of cancer and over 14 common influenza strains. Shares traded up 3/8 of a point upon the news but VICL finished the day down 7/8 at 14 7/8.
