The good thing about blackout periods, except the wait, is the deal is DONE. Unfortunately the controlling interest, or client, can say when the light goes on.

While the announcement is impatiently waited on by the investors, the company can go on to new business.

Have patience because the baby is now walking and talking and prepared to go to school.
