Sorry about the late reply Zman, the only thing I could possibly think of is that Actrade hired that Investor Relations company, to profile the company in the Investment community and maybe know it is paying its dividends. I do not own any Actrade, still like actrade, but there are better movers out there. Actrade needs the public spotlight again. I wouldn't expect a move untill coverage or untill some significant news. Might be a couple of quarters.
