It's a crowded field, though it wouldn't be surprising to find DTN's prices are lower; their products have shown a tendency to be targetted to the lower end of the market.

This does fill a glaring hole in their service, but given DTN's usual methodology for "developing" technology, the question is begged, "who did they buy that from?"

Also remember that as of last year, their finance-oriented services represented only about 8% of DTN's total revenue. Their big money still comes from agribusiness.
